PAN promotes Julia Straker to board of directors

Becomes director of strategic brand planning

Julia Straker, PANJulia Straker who joined PAN in June 2012 has been promoted to director of strategic brand planning and joins the agency's board of directors.

Previously a planner at TBWA/Paling Walters, Straker has become an integral member of the PAN team with a brief to put strategic planning at the heart of the creative process with 'influential creativity' as the result of this considered approach.

“'Influential creativity' is at the heart of everything we do,” said Straker. “The ultimate goal is to produce communications that are fresh, original and, most importantly, effective. Lateral thinking based on solid understanding of the brand is an essential starting point.”

Julia continually challenges the status quo to make us stronger and deliver creative solutions that effectively influence decision-making and the behaviour of target audiences.”
