Marie Kruger has joined Peix Pharma’s digital unit as online marketing manager.
She will work alongside Julian Weinert and Martin Kiess, the existing online marketing managers.
Formerly with Edelman, Kruger has a diploma in economics, focusing on marketing and health management. She brings to Peix a combination of medical expertise, marketing know-how and digital skills.
Kruger “sees herself as a mediator between traditional and digital communications”, said Peix in a statement.
Peix Pharma is one of Germany’s top 10 pharmaceutical communications agencies. The digital arm is responsible for all areas of digital communication, including app development, social media and search engine optimisation.
