Generic pharmaceutical company Perrigo has appointed Uwe Rohrhoff, Gerresheimer’s former chief executive officer, as its new CEO.
Rohrhoff will succeed John Hendrickson, who resigns as both the Dublin-headquartered company’s CEO and a member of its board.
The appointment has been one of a few changes at the company, just last year Perrigo’s chief financial officer Judy Brown stepped down from her role to join Amgen, and Ronald Winowiecki was appointed acting CFO.
Perrigo said that it suspended its search for a replacement CFO during its search for Hendrickson’s successor as CEO.
