Health social network HealthUnlocked has appointed Phil Golz to the newly-created role of commercial director.
He joins the company from ViiV Healthcare, where he was executive director, and prior to that he served as head of commercial innovation at GlaxoSmithKline.
In his new role Golz will will be responsible for developing HealthUnlocked's commercial strategy and operations as part of a drive to accelerate its growth and create additional value for members and visitors.

Formed in 2010, HealthUnlocked claims the title of the world's largest social network for health with more than 320,000 registered users who account for over 3.5 million visits to the site each month.
