Primex Pharma appoints head of global marketing

Alan Knox will join the firm’s executive team from 1 July

Primex Pharmaceuticals Alan KnoxSwiss pharmaceutical company Primex Pharmaceuticals has appointed Alan Knox as head of global marketing, a role he will take up on 1 July.

Knox brings experience from MSD International, where he recently served as vice president of global marketing.

In this role, Knox was responsible for the company's global portfolio strategy and oversaw its regional operations in the EU and EEMEA areas.

He has also held a number management positions at AstraZeneca, including head of marketing for emerging markets, and served as managing director for Sandoz' operations in Poland.
