Quintiles hires Deloitte’s Scott Evangelista

Will lead CRO’s efforts in integrated commercial services and solutions
Quintiles Scott Evangelista

Quintiles has named Scott Evangelista as president of the company's integrated commercial services and solutions division.

Evangelista joins the contract research organisation (CRO) from consultancy firm Deloitte Consulting, where he was commercial practice leader in its life sciences practice.

During his time in this role, he gained experience working with biopharma company customers in a range of areas, including strategic consulting and business development.

Quintiles' CEO Tom Pike said this experience meant Evangelista was a “tremendous addition to our already world-class team”.

Pike added: “During his career, Scott has been involved in many aspects of the commercial organisation, all while delivering a consistent track record of growth and innovation. He brings a range of expertise and experience that I believe will help take our commercial customer support to the next level.”

Evangelista's career prior to joining Deloitte includes founding and serving as managing partner of the management consulting firm Swiftwater Group.
