Red Door Unlimited appoints senior consultants

Jock McEwan and Gill Dunn join the firm in digital roles

Jock McEwan Red Door Unlimited Red Door Unlimited has boosted its digital offering with the appointment of two senior consultants.

Jock McEwan (pictured) joins as digital senior account director while Gill Dunn becomes the medical communication firm's new digital account director.

McEwan has worked across sales, training and marketing in the CV franchise at both Sanofi and Grunenthal.

Since then he has worked in technology and digital solutions, most recently co-founding a 'gamified big data' company called SocialCrunch, which helps agencies and their brands to understand their consumers by mapping online behaviour and developing deep psychographic data on target audiences.

Dunn joins from Aurora where she became the 'go to' person for digital questions, earning industry recognition through winning the PM Society's Digital Account Manager Award in 2013.

While at Aurora, she led the delivery of a one-day digital and social media training day for patient groups, which won a Communiqué award in 2013. Prior to Aurora, Dunn was an account manager at Burson-Marsteller.

Catherine Devaney, managing director at Red Door Unlimited, said: “'Whilst digital solutions are now a core competency for all consultants working in communications, we are pleased to boost this with the expertise of Gill and Jock who bring a different perspective - particularly around the use of data to better understand and therefore engage with audiences.”
