Life sciences consultancy RSA has named Paul Cashman as partner for global clients.
Cashman brings over 18 years of executive search and talent acquisition consultancy experience to the role and will have responsibility for the firm’s multinational clients.

Prior to joining RSA, Cashman was EMEA head of executive recruitment at AbbVie and has also held senior director and partner roles at international talent search companies including Whitehead Mann, Highland partners and TMP.
