RSA appoints Dr Francois Martin to lead Swiss operation

He joins the company from the International Executive Search Federation

RSA Switzerland Dr François MartinRSA has appointed Dr François Martin as managing director for its Swiss office.

He joins the UK-headquartered executive search company from the International Executive Search Federation (IESF), where he served as senior partner for its life sciences and technology practice.

Prior to his time at the IESF Dr Martin held various executive positions at Swiss pharma company Roche, both in Switzerland and Japan.

He said: “I am delighted to be taking up this position within such a successful company. I am confident that with RSA's exclusive focus on the life sciences sector along with their professionalism and integrity, together we will be able to continue to build upon the already thriving Swiss business.”

RSA has also made two interim management appointments. Dr Naja Kjeldsen joins RSA Switzerland as a senior consultant to its interims business and Jana Kurtova joins RSA's UK team as a senior consultant, RSA Interims.

Dr Kjeldsen set up strategic management services company Stratos Bio in 2002, before which she worked as a project management director in interim management for Lundbeck, where she was responsible for portfolio management.

Previously Jana was head of Pulse Life Sciences where she led two teams and built a new team in London. Prior to this Jana was the regional director of Hays Life Sciences where she launched new divisions in Moscow, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore and Mumbai.
