Senior hires at Precision Health Media

New VP for ad sales, chief financial officer ad member of the board
Precision Health Peter Fontana

New York's Precision Health Media has made three senior appointments.

Peter Fontana has joined as vice president advertising sales, Richard O'Connor as chief financial officer, and Andy Chapman as a member of the board of advisors.

Fontana's role is a new one. He will be responsible for “expanding Precision Health Media's coverage of health-focused agencies and brands as its PageMatch page-level targeting ad solution gains traction,” a spokesperson told PMLiVE.

“He will also be managing markets like the midwest and categories like OTC and CPG.  Peter will be forging relationships with a wide range of CPG and OTC brands.”

Fontana has more than 13 years of digital ad sales experience, most recently as director-digital ad sales at AMC Networks.

Previously, he held key digital ad sales positions at MTV Networks & TV Guide, where he worked closely with leading CPG, OTC and pharma brands such as Johnson & Johnson, SC Johnson, Bayer, Procter & Gamble, Unilever and Kraft.

O'Connor is also stepping into a newly created position. The CFO position was added to manage Precision's expansion, particularly its cash flow management needs.

He joins from Prime Visibility Media Group, where he was co-founder and CFO, leading the online performance advertising network and digital agency to a $36 million acquisition by Blinkx.

New member of the board of advisors Chapman was most recently managing director at WPP's media agency Mindshare NY, where he managed the national digital investment teams for the likes of Boehringer Ingelheim, CVS and Unilever.
