Star Medical strengthens outsourcing team

Ryan Wooller, Karen McCulloch, Simon Treadwell and Mark Ward join

Star Medical Ryan WoollerStar Medical has strengthened its outsourcing team with four new managerial appointments.

Ryan Wooller (pictured right) becomes business development director, bringing almost 15 years of pharmaceutical and healthcare sales, operations and business development experience to the recruitment firm.

Most recently, Wooller was business development director for Quintiles Commercial EMEA, having previously served in market access, service innovation and NHS Commercial roles.

Also joining Star, Karen McCulloch (pictured left) has been appointed as national sales manager for Team Apollo, part of its expanding syndicated portfolio.

Star Medical Karen McCullochMcCulloch has nearly 30 years of experience in sales management, HR and operations, including consulting at STEM Marketing and serving as associate head of recruitment and selection at neoNavitas.

Meanwhile, Simon Treadwell and Mark Ward both join Star as project managers.

Treadwell most recently served as regional business manager for Animas UK & Ireland, a Johnson & Johnson unit having previously worked for the firm's LifeScan brand in the same position.

Ward moves to the recruitment firm from QuintilesIMS, where he served as its UK and Ireland national sales manager for pharmacy development before becoming project manager for flexible resourcing.
