Teva has appointed Richard Daniell as president and chief executive officer of Teva Generics Europe, following Dipankar Bhattacharjee’s promotion to a global role.
Daniell has over 25 years of experience working at Teva and served as the company’s chief integration officer, leading the integration programme to bring Actavis and Teva together.
Prior to this, he was chief operating officer, growth markets region and served as general manager of Teva UK from 2011 to 2015.
Bhattacharjee, president and chief executive of global generic medicines said: “Richard has shown visionary leadership, has built high-performing teams across the company and has an impressive record in driving commercial success.”
