While the patient proposition remains at the core of all pharmaceutical marketing, high performing marketers excelled in three areas: coordinating and integrating multichannel communication plans; truly collaborating for the long-term with healthcare providers; and having the leadership qualities to break down internal silos.
The PMEA programme, which recognising and commending excellence, best practice and innovation in local, European and international healthcare markets, this year saw 36 organisations represented and received a record number of 19 entries submitted by the NHS and charities.
