Alpha-Plus appoints Phil Loder

Alpha-Plus Medical Communications has appointed Phil Loder as client service director

Phil has worked in healthcare communications for 16 years, including six years in client service roles at Caudex Medical, where he left as client service director.

Gail Flockhart, MD of Fishawack, and Phil worked together in a previous company. She said: "To be successful in this role you have to understand what clients need and how an agency works so that you can bridge the gap. I believe that Phil will be instrumental in allowing Alpha-Plus to grow and make the most of their extensive experience and high-quality delivery."

Phil said: "When you are in a client service role you have to truly believe that you are offering your client the best solutions available. I am particularly impressed by the long-standing relationships that Alpha-Plus have built, including the company's first two accounts, which are going strong after 10 years."

Alpha-Plus is a medical communication agency, which forms part of the Fishawack Group of Companies. The group has offices in the UK and US.
