Two stalwarts from the healthcare creative industry have come together to start a new health, wellness and lifestyle engagement agency.

Loooped has been formed by Andy Hayley and Dick Dunford and sits within the Creston group, alongside agencies like Red Door Communications, Pan and DJM.

Dunford said: “Our mission is to ensure Loooped delivers lasting change by developing creative engagement that actually changes behaviour.

“Creativity is no longer defined by words and pictures alone, but by how brands behave and align across every touch-point.”

Hayley and Dunford were both formerly with TBWAPaling Walters, as managing director and executive creative director respectively, and have between them worked on accounts firms such as Pfizer, Roche, Nissan and British Airways.

Hayley said: “Clients often tell us stories of weighty, expensive and time-consuming ‘strategy’ documents with limited tangible application. There is a real opportunity to seamlessly deliver ‘big ideas’ that engage more effectively. That’s why Loooped joins everything together.”

As part of Creston, Loooped has UK offices in Soho and Richmond and plans to open a US office in New York. Its founding partners will report to the head of Creston’s health division Catherine Warne.

She said: “As a group of health specialist companies, we have had great experiences collaborating with Dick and Andy in their previous roles through joint clients.

“Our culture of collaboration and entrepreneurialism provides the perfect environment for growth. It’s a perfect fit, the Loooped approach will bring fresh thinking and new deliverables to our Creston Health offering, totally complementing our exiting agencies.”
