Through a series of breakfast meetings, Digitalk will look at what pharma can learn from its consumer cousins and how the industry can engage with its audience more effectively through the multitude of digital media and communications tools available.
At the second Digitalk session, held in December, the RAPP team focused on social media. Topics covered included the challenges and the risks faced by pharma companies when engaging via social media and included information about the regulatory impacts on this medium. The session also included a series of useful case studies.
The videos below contain the highlights of the sessions.
"The Digitalk event was very good, offered a good opportunity to ask questions of the panel, and a great opportunity to network with your peers."
Jill Jackling, MSI Projects Co-Ordinator, Servier Laboratories Limited
