Dr Angelika Bodenteich joins Marinomed Biotechnologie

Dr Angelika Bodenteich takes up a role as head of development at the Austrian biotech company

Dr Angelika Bodenteich has been appointed head of development at Austrian company Marinomed Biotechnologie GmbH, which develops innovative therapies for respiratory diseases.

She joins from Onepharm Research & Development, where she held the positions of chief medical officer and head of development.

Prior to this she spent four years at Sanochemia Pharmazeutika as head of research & development, where she was responsible for both pharmaceutical and business development.

Dr Andreas Grassauer, CEO and co-founder of Marinomed, said: “We are delighted to welcome Angelika to the team - her scientific and professional expertise in the area of research and development as well as her experience in international collaborations and business development will certainly be a significant addition to Marinomed as we work to further develop our pipeline.”

Dr Bodenteich has more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is a trained pathologist who has held positions in research and industry in Austria, Norway and the US.
