Turkey-based Ixir Healthcare Communications has joined the Eurocom Healthcare Communications Network.

The network was established in 2006 and is an international alliance of independent healthcare communications agencies across Europe and in the US that have reputations for creativity, competency and services to healthcare in their own countries.

Ixir Healthcare Communications, under the leadership of founder Dr Talay Toksoz, will aim to provide creative solutions to the healthcare industry across Europe and the world.

Tony Chant, president of Eurocom Healthcare Communications, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Ixir Healthcare Communications to the Network.  Dr Toksoz and his team have more than 20 years' experience providing marketing services to the Turkish healthcare industry. Along with our European and American Network partners, we are looking forward to working collaboratively with them, and extending the reach of the Network to East Europe.

“The combined skills, experience and knowledge base of our Network members, as well as the increased reach and connection with target audiences worldwide, provide first-class opportunities to healthcare brands and consumers for maximising promotional success.”

Ixir's skill base and experience has been proven in ophthalmology, targeted therapies, immunology and medical devices, in addition to self-medications such as food supplements.
