Frank Walters joins Frontera

Frontera London has appointed Frank Walters, former creative director at TBWA/Paling Walters as non-executive chairman

Frontera London has appointed Frank Walters, former creative director at TBWA/Paling Walters as non-executive chairman. It is the first of a number of senior appointments planned by the start-up.

Walters said: "Our ambition is to provide health with a much-needed, progressive approach – an approach that reminds everyone of the crucial role that creativity plays in tackling health challenges.

"We're building a talented team that hails from a range of backgrounds: consumer and healthcare, client as well as agency.

"For creative thinking to thrive, it has to be supported by a progressive, honest and collaborative culture. And we have to take the clients with us on that journey. But it starts by ensuring we offer our clients outstanding work."

Walters is a renowned director in health, both at a domestic and international level. He remains a judge at major awards, and he convened the panel at this year's IPA Awards.

Frontera combines its focus on the health consumer with its knowledge of the professional environment to deliver integrated solutions that simultaneously engage both audiences.

Managing partner Craig Mills commented on the appointment: "[We believe] in the principle that good ideas deliver the results that our clients seek. Having Frank on the team can only enhance our ability to achieve this."
