GlobalCom selects Pegasus PR

Worldwide PR and communications group, GlobalCom PR Network, has appointed Pegasus PR as its exclusive healthcare agency for the UK

GlobalCom PR Network, a worldwide group of full-service independent public relations and marketing communications agencies, has appointed Pegasus PR as its exclusive healthcare agency for the UK.

Healthcare communications specialist, Pegasus, joins 40 other global partners and affiliated agencies across 69 countries to strengthen GlobalCom's international network of over 1,200 PR consultants. The appointment replaces former UK partner Medicom.

Members of the GlobalCom Health Network include specialised PR agencies with an exclusive focus on healthcare and pharmaceutical businesses in main markets such as the US, Germany, Spain and Italy, as well as emerging and smaller markets.

As part of an international network, Pegasus is now able to develop and execute strategic global campaigns on a local level, improving its international offering to both existing and new clients.

Local in-depth expertise of the media landscape allows the agencies to work together to produce on-message, targeted global coverage, while maintaining low overheads and a central billing and reporting point.

Services include public relations, marketing communications, event support, online marketing and market research. All member agencies boast excellent relationships with industry experts, key opinion leaders and media representatives.
