UK healthcare communications company Halesway has changed its name as part of plans to align the agency with its award-winning parent company FCB Health.
Now known as FCB Halesway, the rebrand is intended to raise the agency's global profile and make prospective clients aware of its close relationship with the healthcare practice arm of FCB, part of the Interpublic Group.
Acquired in 2014, Halesway was the advertising network's first international addition, with the UK firm strengthening FCB's European presence and gaining access to the company's strategic, creative and digital resources.
It took place after the New York-based parent company underwent its own rebrand, changing from US-focused Draftfcb to become a pan-European and global communications network.
