Health Unlimited merges PAN and DJM

Aimsto create a multichannel agency by combining the two agencies

DJM PAN Health UnlimitedHealth Unlimited has combined two of its business, advertising agency PAN Unlimited and digital agency DJM Unlimited, to form a new multichannel agency.

The new UK agency will be know as DJM PAN Unlimited and its parent company said the move makes “perfect sense”, pointing out that the businesses already shared several clients.

The new management team draws expertise from both of the original businesses, including DJM founder and managing director Dominic Marchant.

Marchant said: “Many advertising and branding agencies have had to effectively bolt on or outsource digital. We believe that by putting digital at the heart of our company, clients will have a more strategic approach that makes operational and economic sense.”

Marchant will continue as MD of the combined business, closely supported by Michael Le Brocq, who recently joined DJM from Langland.

They will be joined by client services director Wyndham Clark and creative director Arron O’Hare (both ex-PAN Unlimited) and together the four will form the new agency’s board, reporting to Health Unlimited CEO Catherine Warne.

Meanwhile, former PAN Unlimited managing director Eric Hansen has taken on a consulting role focusing on the scientific and brand areas of the business for DJM PAN Unlimited.

He will continue with his current client commitments during this transitionary period.

The new company will remain at the Health Unlimited offices in Richmond, where both of the ‘old’ companies were based. Marchant confirmed to PMLiVE that the headcount will remain unchanged, with a combined staff of 41.

“We’ve had some important new business wins and together with forthcoming pitches we will need all our existing talent to deliver for our clients,” he added.
