IPA Best of Health Awards results announced

The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising Best of Health Awards 2009 took place on July 09 at the Gilgamesh Studios in Camden, London

The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) Best of Health Awards 2009 took place on July 9 at the Gilgamesh Studios in Camden, London.

The prestigious 'Best of Show' awards were presented to Mother Advertising in the consumer category for the 'Pablo' campaign for Frank on behalf of the Central Office of Information (COI), and to Langland in the healthcare professional category for the 'Smell the stilton' campaign for Nexavar on behalf of Bayer Schering.

Adrian Parr, convenor of judges and creative director of Torre Lazur McCann said: "The IPA Best of Health Awards are vital in highlighting the role that we play in communicating important healthcare messages in creative, attention-grabbing ways. They set, and then raise, the bar for creativity in our sector. My congratulations go to all 77 winners of this year's awards."

Founded in 1917, the IPA is the trade body and professional institute for UK advertising, media and marketing communications agencies.
