IPA have revealed that 20 agencies have made it through to the final round of its Best of Health show, an awards ceremony that celebrates creativity in healthcare advertising.
Steered by IPA Healthcare Group, gold, silver and bronze awards are up for grabs at the ceremony with an extra chance to win due to two new categories, excellence in innovation and excellence in data.
The shortlisted agencies – which include McCann Health, Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness and Havas Lynx – are also in with the chance of winning the Pip award, an accolade to recognise the industry’s ‘top’ young talent.
Chaka Sobhani, chief creative officer, Leo Burnett and chair of judges, said: “It was a pleasure to be involved in this year’s IPA Best of Health Show and honour some brilliant campaigns.
“The standard of entries was extremely high and narrowing them down to our shortlist was a difficult task.”
Sobhani will be announcing the winners at the ceremony next month, which will take place at the Wellcome Collection in London on Tuesday 21 November.
The ceremony will also include a private viewing of the museum’s latest exhibition ‘Can Graphic Design Save Your Life’ before showcasing the Best of Health Show 2017 winning entries.
