New health comms agency 67health launches

Jessica Pacey pledges director-led service

67health

67health, a new healthcare communications agency, has launched today. The agency has been founded and will be lead by Jessica Pacey, who says she has spotted a gap in the market for an agency whose senior leaders maintain direct contact with clients.

Prior to launching 67health, Pacey had worked at Packer Forbes and Four Health Communications, where she left her role as practice director in February to build her own agency.

“In shaping 67health’s offering, I reflected on the frustrations clients would share with me regarding the agencies they had worked with in the past. Top among them was a lack of day-to-day contact with the directors on their accounts and the resultant sporadic senior counsel they received. They want the personal commitment from their agencies and, instead, they are offered junior teams who are being trained-up and who are not confident enough to engage in a way that really adds value to the account or to the client,” said Pacey.

67health will celebrate its official launch at tonight’s annual Communiqué Awards, and will be sponsoring the Excellence in Professional Education Programmes category.
