Health and wellbeing agency Salt Thinking launched

The London-based firm will offer creative, digital and behavioural strategies

Salt Thinking

A new London-based health and wellbeing agency has been launched by a founding duo of managing director Kath Cotton and creative director Chris Tredwell, who together bring over 40 years of combined agency experience to their endeavour.

Salt Thinking will offer its pharmaceutical, health and wellbeing clients strategy, creative, digital, behavioural and psychology solutions by building “creatively-minded” teams to deliver outcomes.

Cotton said: “We work with a hand-picked network of like-minded associates who are proven experts in their field, spanning a huge range of skills and offering a broad spectrum of expertise.

“Clients are looking to achieve outstanding results and top-notch creativity while operating with trimmed down resources – that’s why Salt focuses on the fundamental elements of doing things well, adding a burst of flavour along the way.”

Both Cotton and Tredwell have led large and small health and wellbeing campaigns and their experience has seen them work for agencies including Sudler & Hennessey, InVentiv Health and Frontera.

Tredwell added: “All too often we’ve seen creativity suffer because restricted budgets have been spent in the wrong places – an obsession with working the same old way rather than recognising the need to change.

“We are huge believers that everything we do needs to make a difference, that means welcoming constraints rather than fighting against them, and being smarter about how we operate.

“We’re really excited about what Salt can offer.”
