Sanofi partners with QiC Diabetes

Sanofi has confirmed as an industry partner for QiC Diabetes – the first of PMGroup's new Quality in Care programmes recognising good healthcare practice and collaboration in the UK

Sanofi has confirmed as an industry partner for QiC Diabetes – the first of PMGroup's new Quality in Care programmes to recognise and share good healthcare practice and encourage further collaboration in the UK between the NHS, patient groups and the industry in priority therapy areas.

The company has a strong track record of commitment to developing effective solutions for patients with diabetes, with the condition affecting nearly three million people in the UK.

Sanofi joins NHS Diabetes and charity Diabetes UK in partnering the programme.

Andrew Hockey, director of medical operations, Sanofi, said: "Quality in Care recognises initiatives that will bring real benefit for patients; this matches our ambition at Sanofi and we are delighted to be supporting these awards."
