Spirit celebrates 10th anniversary with new divisions

Arc and Ascend will be based in Manchester and Alderley Park

Spirit Medical CommunicationsManchester-based Spirit Communications celebrated its 10th birthday recently by establishing two new divisions.

Its Arc and Ascend arms will both provide full-service medical communications offerings, but the latter will be based in Manchester, UK.

Meanwhile, Arc will operate from the newly-established BioHub in the former global headquarters of AstraZeneca in nearby Alderley Park.

Spirit's group managing director Asif Zaman said: “Spirit's first priority has always been to provide a service that 'goes beyond' the expectations of our clients, by providing high-level scientific expertise coupled with a truly agile approach that creates effective solutions which resonate with all stakeholders.

“Having a presence over two separate sites enables Spirit to maximise growth whilst maintaining the high quality and ethical standards that our clients have come to expect.”
