Virgo Health Education awarded Med Ed Consultancy of the Year

Agency is praised for its energy, honesty and authenticity at Communiqué
The Lucid Award for Medical Education Consultancy of the Year Virgo Health

Medical Education Consultancy of the Year was awarded to Virgo Health Education at last night's 2016 Communiqué Awards.

The agency, which is now in its sixth year, won praise from the Communiqué judges for its energy, honesty and authenticity of approach.

During a year that found the agency under new management, Virgo Health Education expanded its service offering in 2015 while protecting its core processes and scientific quality.

As a result the agency exceeded its financial targets with a 9% growth rate, didn't lose a client and saw half of its new business income come from organic growth.

The Communiqué judges said: “We loved the energy, honesty and authenticity of this Virgo team, together with their incredible hunger to win. Their originality in the services they offer, geared toward creative medical learning, was impressive, as was the pride and passion clearly invested in the work.

“We loved that the management team had a great start-up mentality; overcoming adversity, leading with conviction and fostering a real sense of team. Virgo Health Education is not only a great place to work, but also a great industry example.”

Run by PMLiVE's publisher the PMGroup, the Communiqué Awards are specifically designed to recognise and commend excellence and best practice in local, European and international healthcare communications.
