Using mobile “diary” research to capture patient-generated insights in COPD

January 6, 2016 | Patient journey, market research

Our latest case study demonstrates how a mobile app methodology was used to deliver key insights into issues faced by COPD patients

The aim of the study was to test the value and functionality of a process which puts patient respondents in control of the market research interaction, potentially delivering greater insights at key moments in the patient journey.

Using this approach, we believed our clients could better understand the issues faced by patients, which would help them in the development of marketing activities around their COPD portfolio.
