Job Summary

Branding Science are looking for a Quantitative Research Manager to join the EU team. The role requires a passion for quantitative research. You will be working alongside an experienced Director. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking forward to working within a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing   research projects (multi-market, multi-methodology) calling on support from   Associate Directors or Research Directors where necessary and provides   support to other projects where required.
  • Maintenance,   development, and expansion of client partnerships, and provides support with   clients as required to Directors/Associate Directors.
  • Takes   ownership of, and assisting with, the preparation of proposals.
  • Design   of high-quality research materials, conducting analysis and presentation   development including programming/testing, pre-tests.
  • Writing   impactful presentations with a clearly communicated story and research   implications for clients that are well explored.
  • Key   point of contact for management of projects with key accounts.
  • Mentoring/managing   trainees as well as training and developing staff on quantitative research   skills and methods.
  • Takes   responsibility for line management, usually for one direct report.

Required Skills:

  • A strong educational background.
  • Prior adhoc pharma/healthcare agency experience.
  • Experience in quantitative market research is essential, and any qualitative experience would also be valuable.
  • Experience with advanced analytics – discrete choice, segmentation, MaxDiff, driver analysis, etc.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute within a team.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
