Announcing the well-deserved promotion of Erica Cave

Porterhouse Medical Group is delighted to announce that Erica Cave has been promoted to the role of Associate Scientific Services Director.

As a long-standing member of our scientific services team, Erica has packed a lot into her 12 years at Porterhouse. Full of energy and dynamism, Erica has played a key role in driving the business forward and is a role model to her colleagues for adapting quickly and effectively to a broad range of therapy areas and working seamlessly across different teams. She has a solid scientific background, allowing her to quickly get to grips with highly complex scientific concepts, understand and develop key communication objectives, and interpret complex data with accuracy and precision. Erica has shown an exceptional ability to take on and develop a wide variety of projects while sharing her skills and experience with the entire scientific services team.

More recently, Erica has been instrumental in setting up the newest Porterhouse office (in Nottingham) and is currently helping our latest recruits settle into their new roles while continuing to carry out senior review and many other editorial duties – multitasking at its finest.
