With all the talk about multichannel marketing over the years, one would think that there’s little left to say. So why is it still such a hot topic?

Sebastian: What we hear from the industry is that their multichannel is not working as was imagined. The expectation was that it would improve ROI and increase access to HCPs. What people are experiencing, however, is that it adds costs without providing the expected improvements.
