HealthCare21 experience the Lucid magic at its Engagement Day

- PMLiVE

Yesterday was a big step forward in the integration of HealthCare21 into Lucid Group.  Everyone from the HealthCare21 team attended the Engagement Day at Quarry House Mill, Macclesfield.

The aim was to introduce Lucid Group and the many benefits that come with being part of the Group.

Angela Young, HR Director, Lucid Group commented, “It was a very informative day. We covered everything from the HR function to learning and development, including a ‘Managing Change’ session to help support everyone on their journey.”

The afternoon was more business-focussed. It covered information about the other the businesses in the Group, what they do, and who’s who.

The final session of the day provided everyone with an opportunity to learn more about Lucid’s industry-leading behaviour change programme, Advanced Outcomes. Lucid Group were the first to incorporate health psychology and behaviour change principles into education. It was also the first to demonstrate healthcare professional behaviour change and its impact on patient outcomes. Lynne Carmichael, Account Team Lead, HealthCare21 commented, “It’s exciting to integrate into Lucid Group; they’re the perfect match in culture, vision and approach. Our new partnership will elevate our team to the next level; enabling us to challenge convention with cutting edge technologies and behaviour change techniques.”

The day was a huge success; everyone engaged, connected and experienced the Lucid magic; followed by drinks and nibbles in true Lucid style!
