Lucid Group Bolster its Senior Leadership Team

- PMLiVE

Lucid Group are delighted to welcome Jo Troman to the role of Managing Partner for team Origins. Jo has a wealth of industry experience from both client and agency sides. The majority of Jo’s 15 years within pharma were spent at Sanofi Pasteur MSD where she held a number of senior marketing roles before moving agency-side to STEM, holding the position of Vice President and General Manager UK and Ireland.

Jo Troman commented, “I joined the pharmaceutical industry in 2003, and over the years have held a variety of commercial roles. I’ve been extremely fortunate to work on incredible medicines during the last 18 years, and the contribution to public health and helping patients gain access to medicines is at the very heart of what motivates me. It’s important to me that I work for an organisation that is aligned to my core values and puts the patient at the centre of all they do. This is what interested me in this role at Lucid, where ‘Transforming lives’ is our mission. In this Managing Partner role, I am fortunate to be taking on the leadership of an already high-performing team. My focus will be to support the team to continue delivering excellence to our clients and inspiring them to build programmes that address healthcare problems and improve outcomes for patients. I am passionate about leading, coaching and developing teams to help individuals achieve their personal goals as well as the company objectives. I’m extremely excited to be part of this next chapter in the Lucid growth story!”

Laurence Bannister, Lucid Group Chief Commercial Officer commented, “I worked with Jo for over three years at STEM, I’m thrilled she has come to join us and lead team Origins. Jo has excellent business acumen and brings expert insights from the pharma industry and I’m thrilled to be working with her again at such an important point in Lucid’s evolution.”
