Lucid Group is building its data analytics capability

- PMLiVE

Lucid Group is building a new data analytics capability into its teams with the appointment of Darren Selmes as its new analyst. This appointment signals the start of a stronger focus on data analytics within the client service offering.

Darren is an experienced data and web analyst with plenty of healthcare experience. Before joining Lucid, he was at EPG Health for nearly 3 years, during which time he set up all the data dashboards and reporting systems to provide metrics and insights for the internal teams.

On joining Lucid, Darren commented, “It was clear that to further my career – and for my own personal growth – Lucid was the place to be. I shall be focusing on nurturing the wider teams’ love of data and elevating their capabilities and appreciation of its use to assess the impact of programmes and prove lasting change. I will therefore be working closely with the teams on client projects and expanding our approach on KPIs and analysis. Ultimately, my aim is to supercharge Lucid’s offering in this very important area.”

It’s clear that there has never been a better time to join Lucid Group, which continues to pioneer the healthcare communications industry and transform the lives of those it touches – for clients, patients, and its people.

So, for anyone who wants to be part of a purpose-driven company with a passion to make a difference in the world, please get in touch. You can find the most recent job openings on LinkedIn, or contact one of the talent acquisition managers, Dan or Lucinda.
