Lucid Group welcomes new talent into their 2019 Futures Academy

- PMLiVE

Lucid welcomed six new graduates into their training programme, The Futures Academy, this week. Launched in 2017, the Futures Academy is now a well-oiled machine, training and developing new talent via an intensive eight-week course, specifically designed for scientifically curious graduates entering the industry for the first time.

After the initial eight-week classroom-based course, graduates move into two different placements for the rest of the year, allowing them to experience both sides of the business (writing and account handling) and decide where their skills and interests will be most suited to.

Angela Young, HR Director commented, “The Futures Academy provides a fantastic platform for graduates entering into the industry to learn from the best, get inspired, explore their talents and realise their ambitions. It’s a true reflection of the human-centric and pioneering spirit of Lucid Group – individuals and teams working together to nurture talent and create magic.”

If you want to be part of something magical, get in touch.
