At the same time, the IQ team has been bolstered with the
appointment of a new Research Executive, and the promotion of another member of
the team to Director level – part of what is described as “a major
strengthening” of Cello Health Insight’s European quantitative research
capacity.
Experienced data analytics professional Massimo Bufi has joined the organisation
as Senior Methodologist at Director Level.
Holder of a Masters in Statistics for Market Research, he was most
recently at Ipsos MORI where he headed up a team of research analysts in the
customer experience (loyalty) function.
His technical experience includes marketing mix modelling, path
modelling, conjoint analysis and linear modelling.
Meanwhile, Richard
Kunzmann, who has been with Cello Health Insight since February 2012, has
been promoted to Director within the IQ team.
Richard has a growing reputation within the quantitative market research
world, and was a speaker at the British Healthcare Business Intelligence
Association (BHBIA) conference in May.
Lisa Rollins has also joined the team as Research
Executive. She was most recently a
senior research analyst at Kantar Health.
Commenting on the expansion of the IQ team, Group Director
