Hayward Medical Communications gains Cogent Sector Skills Council Provider Assurance

Hayward Medical Communications is now a Cogent- assured provider specialising in the delivery of Workforce Development (Skills for Growth), an employer-devised training programme designed to enable science-based small businesses to develop their existing workforce.

Cogent has an assured network of providers throughout the country who meet rigorous standards to ensure the highest quality training is provided. The assured network is aimed at ensuring high quality training across the entire science sector, promoting the availability of employer-backed training solutions, supporting new entrants into the sector – particularly through apprenticeships – and boosting skills transferability.

Sarah Strachan, Sales & Marketing Director at Hayward, said: “Recognition from Cogent as an assured provider is a reflection of the quality of the training we provide. We see the value of Cogent assurance, including the use of the Cogent brand, as a mark of quality.”

Claire Green, Cogent Provider Manager, said: “We are delighted Hayward Medical Communications is now part of our assured network, delivering high quality training for SMEs. Hayward has a great track record and innovative approaches to training delivery which we know will be greatly received by employers.”
