A training programme designed to develop Account Directors as leaders of the future

Account Directors, the great people that are working hard today to lead client teams are well placed to be tomorrow’s agency leads; from board directors, to partners and possibly founders. Having already shown great promise in their careers, it is often questionable what support is available to develop beyond this?

Recognising that there is an unfulfilled need in the medical communication sector, Bedrock is thrilled to have launched its career-changing senior development programme, LEAP (Lead Excel Achieve Perform), designed to propel its existing and future Associate Account Directors and Account Directors into leaders of the future.

The bespoke programme comprises 5 modules to ensure Account Directors not only excel in client counsel and business development but also gains a solid and practical level of business acumen. The programme is delivered by experts within and external to the company and is a huge investment in our people, which demonstrates Bedrock’s commitment to its team, and belief in the value of investing in people by nurturing and enhancing their skills.

LEAP is grounded in Bedrock’s own experience of developing educational programmes for healthcare professionals. The programme uses blended learning allowing for a range of preferred learning styles to ensure maximum engagement throughout the programme.

LEAP has been designed and created by Bedrock’s Senior Management Team (SMT), drawing on their vast, varied and valuable client and agency experience. This also means content is relevant to the needs of the team, the business and Bedrock’s clients.
