Ben Hwang discusses innovative diagnostic real-time monitoring data-sensors

Ben Hwang, MA, PhD, Chairman and CEO of Profusa, a company innovating in diagnostics and real-time disease monitoring, talks to us about how continuous data sensors could transform the way we monitor patients’ disease progression and treatment efficacy. Ben shows us the device that Profusa have developed, which can be placed inside the body to monitor molecular changes in the blood over a year or more. This means that instead of visiting a clinic, a patient can be monitored in real-time, from anywhere. This could mean huge advantages for hospitals and clinicians, as well as patients, who can be alerted to a need for treatment immediately.
