September 23, 2021 |

Healthcare communications agency, Cuttsy+Cuttsy, has been awarded ‘We invest in People, Gold’ from Investors in People.

Healthcare communications agency, Cuttsy+Cuttsy, has been awarded ‘We invest in People, Gold’ from Investors in People. Gold accreditation recognises companies that not only have good people practices in place but also involve the whole team in making them come to life.

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: ‘We’d like to congratulate Cuttsy+Cuttsy. Gold accreditation on ‘We invest in people’ is a fantastic effort for any organisation, and places Cuttsy+Cuttsy in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.’

Commenting on the award, Mathew Cutts, Co-founder and Director at Cuttsy+Cuttsy said, ‘We have always believed in creating a community where people matter; our clients, their patient and healthcare audiences, but also for the team here at Cuttsy+Cuttsy delivering the work.  That is why we turned to Investors in People (IIP) to independently verify our outlook and point us in the direction of improvement. We didn’t even imagine we would be awarded Gold at our first attempt.’

‘We’re delighted to have achieved ‘We Invest In People: Gold’ accreditation, first time of applying!’ continues Co-founder and Director, Caroline Benson. ‘The way the team got involved in the process is testament to them and the culture they have helped build.’
