emotive. passes ISO 9001 annual audit with flying colours

emotive. has proven their commitment to quality by passing their annual ISO 9001 audit.

The award-winning healthcare communications agency received ISO 9001 accreditation in 2017, demonstrating their clear focus on quality processes and service to customers. Last week the team showed that everything is still exactly as it should be by passing their annual external audit with flying colours.

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard held by over a million companies worldwide and is awarded only where companies can demonstrate that their products or services are developed with the highest focus on quality assurance. Processes must be documented and continually reviewed and improved; team members must have the right skills for their roles and receive regular training; the management team must show a sustained focus on quality and customer service and the company must prove compliance with the regulatory and legal requirements of their industry.

Lizzie Nayman, Deputy MD of emotive. commented; “Passing our annual ISO inspection shows that we have a continual commitment to quality. We spend a lot of time ensuring that the team have a consistent approach to how they develop projects, using the same processes and templates rather than everyone doing things in their own way. The ISO standard also focuses on how we manage the company, particularly looking at how we recruit and look after our team members and how we communicate. I’m very impressed with the team.”
