PM Society Digital Pioneer 2014 joins the emotive team

Adam Boucher joins from Novo Nordisk as Client Services Director, alongside an internal promotion for Neil Kumar.

emotive has appointed Adam Boucher to the role of Client Services Director, where he will be responsible for leadership of the Account Management team and external client business development.

Adam joins emotive with over 15 years of pharmaceutical experience, capped off by him winning Digital Pioneer of the Year Awards at the PM Digital Awards in 2014. Originally a representative with Bristol-Myers Squibb, Adam has held management roles in sales, training, market access, marketing and medical education for BMS & Novo Nordisk.

In another move, Neil Kumar has been promoted to an Account Director. Having joined from Merck Serono three years ago, Neil has swiftly moved up the ranks of Account Management demonstrating his hard work and natural flair for client service and project management. He has worked with many of emotive’s largest clients, creating highly effective, digital projects across various disciplines from Med Ed to HEOR, that led to over ten awards in 2014 alone.

Commenting on these new appointments, Chris Edmonds, Managing Director of emotive said:

As emotive continues to grow at a cracking rate on back of additional work from existing clients and new client projects, I am delighted that Adam has chosen to join us on this journey. We’ve had the pleasure of working with him as a client whilst he was at BMS and latterly at Novo Nordisk, and are excited about now working alongside him as a one of the emotive team. Adam’s experience across many life science disciplines and enthusiasm about approaching traditional challenges in new ways makes him a perfect person to lead the client services team. Neil’s dedication to delivering exceptional client service and experience of a wide range of innovative projects makes him a natural choice for an Account Director role. It is a richly deserved promotion and we are confident it will support our continued focus on delivering the highest level of client satisfaction.
