This year’s winner of the emotive. Prize for Scientific Engagement!

emotive. presents the 2018 Prize for Scientific Engagement to Kristina Shaw at Beaconsfield High School for Girls.

This morning, Dr Gillian Boucher, our Medical Director, presented this year’s emotive. Prize for Scientific Engagement to Kristina Shaw during a presentation at Beaconsfield High School for Girls.

Now in its second year, the emotive. Prize for Scientific Engagement recognises a student who has truly excelled in Science over their final year of studies. The Prize comprises a bursary to be spent on technology, books and other materials needed in ongoing education, and an internship at emotive. where we provide an exciting opportunity for the prize winner to further develop their scientific skills and gain experience within healthcare communications.

At emotive. scientific engagement is firmly embedded in everything we do, and through our partnership with Beaconsfield High School for Girls, we’re thrilled to be supporting students who will go on to become the next generation of scientists, researchers and clinicians.

Dr Gill Boucher, Medical Director was delighted to vist Beacsonfield this morning and meet Kristina Shaw: “Kristina was a worthy winner of the Prize this year. At emotive. we aim to inspire students about life sciences and offer opportunities for them to explore careers within healthcare communications. We look forward to welcoming Kristina to the emotive. team on an internship soon.”
