Lucid invests in their Futures programme with a new hire

November 20, 2015 |

Lucid Group continues their expansion

Lucid Group have expanded their team of Futures Executives with the hire of Tajinder Tiwana. Tajinder holds a Masters in Pharmacy from University College London and has a real  passion for medical education.

“For me Lucid stood out from the crowd.  They seem to really want to make a difference to Healthcare through education.”

Lucid Launched their Futures programme just over 3 years ago after realising there was a significant talent pool emerging from universities.  Jan Steele Lucid COO said “We were struggling to find people who were curious about medicine, and with a passion to change the world.  After attending recruitment fairs we realised that these qualities are often found in new graduates.  So far the Futures programme has been a huge success for Lucid Group with over half of the first hires progressing through the ranks in the organisation into senior account manager roles.
