Lucid welcome their graduate Customer Experience Managers

Lucid has had an incredibly busy summer attending recruitment fairs all across the country to find the finest graduate talent for their Futures Executive Programme. As part of its graduate recruitment drive, Lucid Partners are thrilled to welcome their new Customer Experience Managers, Ayala and Hanne. In their roles, Ayala and Hanne guarantee that there is never a dull moment at the Lucid offices and ensure the day-to-day running goes smoothly. After a training period, both will join Lucid’s prestigious Futures Executive programme.

After graduating from the University of Cambridge with a Master’s degree in Geological Natural Sciences, Ayala taught science in a secondary school. She was attracted to Lucid by the culture of creativity and innovation. Ayala says, “I love solving problems and making people’s work lives easier. It’s great how varied my work is, from supporting the teams on project work, to facilities, resource management, and health and safety. I’m learning a lot!”

Hanne graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Master’s degree in Cancer Sciences. She has worked in various labs, researching antibiotic resistant bacteria and immune stimulating products for cancer patients. “My job is varied and flexible, but the best part of it is the people I work with who are fun, clever and friendly,” she says.

Lucid are always looking for more bright graduates to join. If you are interested in finding out more about Lucid’s Futures Executive programme, please contact Dan at daniel@lucid-group.co.uk or call him on 01494 755495.
