Uniphar Group plc ('Uniphar') is a leading pre-wholesaler, wholesaler and provider of services in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector in the Republic of Ireland. Uniphar has a diverse customer base and an annual turnover in excess of €1bn. Star will operate as an independent company within Uniphar’s Manufacturer Services division.
