Star has been awarded
Gold Level Accreditation by Investors in People (‘IIP’), the UK’s leading accreditation
for business improvement through people management. The accreditation is a significant
accomplishment; only 4% of all IIP organisations achieve the Gold Standard.
Consistent, effective management
Star’s grown considerably
since its last assessment (and we’re still recruiting; view our latest

in Manchester, home to its new recruitment team, and has implemented a regional
structure and account management methodology, through consultation and
collaboration with the company, and Star’s clients and candidates. The IIP
Specialist’s report noted that Star’s appointment of excellent, consistently
effective managers has enabled the company to maintain its positive and unique
culture, and embed improvements in processes to lead, manage and develop
people, despite the company’s dramatic growth.
