Wilmington Healthcare adds innovative new features to its digital learning platform for pharma and medtech
Healthcare intelligence provider Wilmington Healthcare has introduced a host of new features to its unique digital learning platform, which enables pharma and medtech sales staff to keep abreast of NHS developments, policies and constraints.
Powered by Wellards, the Digital Learning Academy has refreshed, in-depth content and a range of new interactive online learning courses with videos, which can now be accessed on any device from a desktop to a smartphone. New courses on offer include: “What do you need to know about NHS England’s plan for ICSs and ICOs?”, which addresses how integrated care systems and integrated care organisations will start to replace Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs).
The platform also has an improved reporting system for managers to track the progress of their staff. This makes it easier for team leaders and training managers to track and monitor users, and oversee compliance and training. It also means that if users need to exit a course or exam at any point, the platform will remember where they left and allow them to re-join at the same place, saving them time.
Another change is that the Digital Learning Academy’s hospital and theatre access courses are now accredited and accepted by IntelliCentrics Secure and Who Are You Ltd as well as being Medical Industry Accredited (MIA).
Gareth Thomas, Managing Director of Wilmington Healthcare, said: “Our Digital Learning Academy plays a critical role in helping pharma and medtech sales teams keep abreast of the latest developments in the NHS and ensuring they remain compliant with the industry code and data protection legislation.
“The changes that we have introduced will further enhance the learning experience for our users by offering them a greater range of courses. It will also make it easier for them to learn anywhere, anytime, and for their managers to track progress.” For more details on the Digital Learning Academy, visit: https://wilmingtonhealthcare.com/what-we-do/education-and-training/digital-learning-academy/
